As Brand Manager for GI at Takeda, you drive the Integrated Brand Plan to grow market share and lifecycle value. You will work with cross-functional teams to align strategy, execution, and governance, leveraging AI and digital tools to inform decisions. You’ll lead omnichannel campaigns and events that connect clinicians, patients, and payers with Takeda’s GI portfolio. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership to deliver patient-centric value and sustainable growth.

• Strengthen GI brand positioning and differentiate it in the market
• Shape value perception for IBD using real-world evidence and insights from healthcare professionals and patients
• Plan and execute regional and national events, congresses, and symposia aligned with brand strategy
• Develop and optimize omnichannel journeys for healthcare professionals using AI-driven analytics and human interactions
• Foster cross-functional alignment within the brand team and with Medical, Market Access, Field, Regulatory, PV, and Supply
• Collaborate with MCE to localize global strategy for effective omnichannel execution
• Ensure governance, compliance, and ethical promotion with responsible AI adoption
• Promote marketing excellence and a culture of curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of brand management experience in pharma/biotech, preferably with launches or revitalization
• Professional working English proficiency
• Strategic mindset with adaptability across product lifecycle xpzdshu phases
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic area strategy and market dynamics
• Expertise in Integrated Brand Planning (IBP), omnichannel strategy, and customer engagement
• Strong digital and AI fluency with experience in predictive analytics, social listening, and campaign optimization
• Ability to synthesize evidence and insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
• Thorough knowledge of compliance and MLR requirements
