The Security Education, Training and Awareness (SETA) Product Owner is responsible for delivering SETA products and services, including:
Security Education:
Develop and deliver educational tracks to enhance teams working in information security, including curricula for technical security aligned with the NICE framework.Security Training:
Design and implement training services for all employee groups across the organization, addressing cyber threats, security risks, and compliance requirements.Security Awareness:
Create engaging security awareness campaigns using creative formats and adaptive delivery methods, such as Cybersecurity Awareness Month, mascots, branded merchandise, phishing simulations, and gamification.Additionally, the Product Owner will:
Continuously adapt and tailor the SETA offerings to regional, cultural, and business-specific needs across the Liebherr group.Develop and maintain key risk and performance indicators, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to support cultural transformation and enhance human resilience in information security.Partner with stakeholders across various functions, including security, IT, HR, and communications, to promote adoption of SETA initiatives.Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related fields, with 8+ years of experience in information security and 4+ years in security education, training, and awareness. Preferred certifications are SSAP, CCAP, CAPC, and CISSP. The role requires strong communication skills, instructional design experience, cultural sensitivity, and familiarity with cybersecurity principles. Experience with agile methodologies like SAFe is highly desirable.Our commitment to you:
