Roles & Responsibilities:We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support Equity Swaps initiatives within Global Markets, partnering with Trading, Risk, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Technology.Key ResponsibilitiesCapture and document business and functional requirements across the trade lifecycleTranslate requirements into user stories, specs, and acceptance criteriaSupport BAU and change delivery (US hours: 11:00–20:00 CET)Coordinate with control functions to ensure regulatory alignmentSupport UAT, data validation, and process improvementsRequired Skills & ExperienceBusiness Analyst experience in Global Markets / Investment BankingStrong knowledge of Equity Swaps / equity derivativesUnderstanding of front-to-back trade lifecycleExperience in Agile or hybrid delivery environmentsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience in regulated xqysrnh environmentsTechnical & ToolingSystem integrations using APIs, SFTP, and messaging ( Tibco, Kafka, MQ )Basic understanding of network connectivity (IPs, firewalls, NAT)Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Word, PowerPointFamiliarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot)Nice to Have~ Agile / Business Analysis certifications (CSPO, PSM, SAFe, BCS)
