Our Event Management SaaS platform is designed specifically for board game conventions, tournaments, local game stores, and community organizers.We're now looking for a Sales Manager who understands the board game world inside and out and can help us expand our reach by connecting with the communities, organizers, and retailers who need our tools the most.Your Role:As Sales Manager, you’ll take charge of our sales strategy and execution, working directly with event organizers, publishers, and game stores. You'll be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, and converting interest into long-term customers.Your industry knowledge and enthusiasm for board games will be key in building trust and demonstrating how our product can make running events easier, smoother, and more scalable.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our customer base within the board gaming and tabletop event space.Identify, engage, and close deals with board game convention organizers, game stores, and clubs.Attend board game events (virtually and/or in person) to network, demo the platform, and represent the company.Build and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM tools.Collect and share feedback with the product team to help improve the platform based on customer needs.Create sales materials, pitch decks, and onboarding workflows tailored to the board gaming audience.Must-Have Qualifications:Proven experience in board games and/or organizing board game events (e.g., conventions, tournaments, store events).Strong background in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or community-based sales.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently.Ability to explain tech products in simple, value-driven terms.High English communication skillsNice-to-Have:Familiarity with tools used by event organizers (CRM, ticketing platforms, scheduling tools).Existing connections in the tabletop gaming industry.Experience working in or with game publishers, LGS networks, or event logistics.Comfortable with demos, presentations, and live pitching at events.What We Offer:A flexible remote work environment.A product that genuinely helps people create better board gaming experiences.Freedom to shape the sales process and strategy from the ground up.Potential for commission or performance-based bonuses.A chance to work in a space you’re passionate about, with a team that speaks your language.
