- Our global cash management services, underpinned by advanced technology and the expertise of our teams, allow both corporates and financial institutions to generate synergies though greater efficiency and automation. The results include improved control and cost-benefits across borders, currencies and payment types. Regional Cash Products has the responsibility for Corporate Cash Management products within Spain & Portugal, working in close collaboration with integral product teams across the entire franchise as well as with relevant local stakeholders on the ground, such as Ops, Sales, Implementation & Service, Coverage, infrastructure. _
**Your key responsibilities**
- Drive the investment priorities in Spain & Portugal and manage the product risks and P&L; impact.
- Assess regulatory changes and ensure regulatory compliance of relevant Clearing business
- Support the DB representative in relevant industry bodies
- Support Sales and ACOs in key client discussions and competitor analysis
- Support I&S; to identify and address product-related incidents and customer queries
- Main contact with other Areas and Divisions within the Bank for product CCM related topics
- Performance management, where supported: monitoring and analysis in terms of understanding the key performance indicators of each product (such as risks, revenue, cost, volumes, STP rates, incidents, degree of automation)
- Product Governance: Ensure full compliance with our Product Governance Model - Product Review Framework, Systematic Product Review, Product Risk Assessment, New Product Approvals as well as local market regulations
**Your skills and experience**
- Prior experience with complex processes and projects involving multiple stakeholders at different levels of the organisation
- Understanding of the Cash Management business, its landscape, flows and revenue drivers
- Experience in effectively communicating with and positively influencing project stakeholders and team members without direct reporting responsibility
- Presentation and negotiation skills
- Capable of working under limited supervision
- Computer literate, with high level of competence in the use of the Microsoft Office tools
