Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Digital Growth Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition and retention strategies across Europe. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing cross-functional campaigns, optimizing digital channels, and driving growth within budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Digital Growth Managers and marketing teams (Paid Media, Content, CRM, Design) to execute integrated campaigns.
* Develop and implement mobile user acquisition strategies, focusing on iOS and Android platforms.
* Manage digital channels including paid media, social advertising, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and App Store Optimization (ASO).
* Translate growth objectives into actionable marketing plans, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
* Optimize campaigns for markets with limited budgets by leveraging organic growth opportunities and partnerships.
* Analyze performance data to provide clear reporting and insights to stakeholders.
* Coordinate creative assets with the Design team to maintain brand consistency across digital touchpoints.
* Foster collaboration with regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and support.
Job Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on mobile user acquisition and performance-driven environments.
* Experience managing campaigns across multiple digital channels (e.g., Paid Media, CRM, SEO, Content, Design).
* Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Iterable, and Google Analytics.
* Ability to build dashboards and extract actionable insights from performance data.
* Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Data-driven mindset with a practical understanding of marketing KPIs and funnel metrics.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with matrix reporting lines.
* Fluent in English & Spanish; additional European languages are a plus.
* Experience in digital services, fintech, or e-commerce is advantageous.
Desirable skills
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira).
* Experience working with local markets and adapting campaigns to regional nuances.
