Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Initiatives Program Manager to join our Global Strategic Initiatives team.
What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)
- Lead and execute complex strategic programs by defining project scopes, managing timelines, and delivering measurable business outcomes that align with Iron Mountain’s integral objectives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to remove project bottlenecks, ensure resource alignment, and drive consensus on critical business transitions.
- Ensure compliance with Project Management Office standards and organisational policies by maintaining rigorous documentation and reporting on program health and financial performance.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Experience)
- Seven or more years of experience in program management, strategy consulting, or corporate development within a global business environment.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management Professional (PMP) methodologies and experience managing large‑scale, multi‑million‑dollar transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability in executive stakeholder management, demonstrating the capacity to influence senior leaders and navigate complex, matrixed organisational structures.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
