Sales Manager
to lead, optimize, and scale our regional sales operation in Marbella. The
Sales Manager
will manage the end-to-end sales process and day-to-day sales team operations, ensuring delivery against revenue targets and efficiency metrics. You will design and refine sales processes, continuously improve documentation and collateral, and closely collaborate with marketing, design, product, and compliance to drive growth and quality across the customer lifecycle.
Requirements
Minimum
3+ years
managing
sales and/or business development teams, ideally in high-growth or international environments.
Demonstrated
metrics-driven success, such as:
Growing revenue to a defined target (X million range).
Increasing
LTV
while maintaining or growing
ARPU .
Reducing
CAC
by a measurable percentage while sustaining growth.
Previous experience in
fintech, crypto, or brokerage firms, with familiarity with trading platforms, financial products, and regulatory constraints.
Experience working with both
private (retail) clients
and
business (B2B) clients, adjusting approach and sales cycle accordingly.
Strong proficiency with
CRM systems
(preferably HubSpot) and sales performance tools, including reporting and dashboarding.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; able to motivate teams and build strong cross-functional relationships.
Fluent English required; Spanish or other European languages are an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field ; advanced degree welcomed but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Sales Management:
Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closure, and handover to account management or onboarding teams.
Process Ownership:
Create, document, and update all sales processes and playbooks to ensure consistent execution and scalability.
Sales Documentation & Collateral:
Maintain and improve sales decks, one-pagers, FAQs, and product sheets; coordinate with
Design
and
Marketing
to ensure materials are on-brand and up-to-date.
Customer Segmentation & Positioning:
Continuously refine customer segments (private clients vs businesses), identify key problems and solutions, and adjust value propositions and messaging accordingly.
Metrics-Driven Team Management:
Define and track KPIs such as revenue, LTV, CAC, ARPU, conversion rates, and cycle length.
Run regular performance reviews, coaching, and pipeline reviews with the team.
Recommend team expansion or reduction based on performance and business needs.
Compensation & Incentives:
Design, update, and improve bonus and commission policies to ensure alignment with company goals and fair, transparent rewards.
Product and Process Improvements:
Capture feedback from prospects and clients to inform product improvements and process optimization, working with Product, Operations, and Compliance.
Budget Ownership:
Own and manage the budget for the regional sales function, including headcount, tools, travel, and marketing support allocations.
Reporting:
Provide accurate revenue forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses to senior leadership.
