Job Description: Data Privacy Analyst - Compliance (Openbank) (Fixed-term contract)

What you will be doing:
Developing and updating the ROPA.
Providing technical support for DPA analysis for processors and sub-processors.
Reviewing policies, procedures, and internal documentation to approve and assess external suppliers at a global privacy level.
Coordinating with privacy, security, and purchasing teams for the approval and assessment of external providers.
Participating in the definition and execution of training plans to raise employee awareness of data privacy and security issues.
Preparing KPIs and reporting to the Data Privacy Office.
Managing personal data breaches in coordination with business areas.
Supporting and defining other privacy processes.
To be successful in the role you must have:
Over 2 years of experience in data protection regulations.
University or master's degree in Law, ADE, or similar fields.
Legal background, knowledge of privacy tools (e.g., OneTrust), privacy certifications (DPO, IAPP certifications).
Excellent communication skills in English and negotiation skills.
Strong drafting, analytical, and critical thinking skills, as well as commercial acumen.
Experience working with global teams across different jurisdictions.
Good understanding of technology and information security concepts.
Strong interpersonal and collaborative problem-solving skills.
