Position Summary As a B2C Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager, you will lead our direct-to-consumer sales function. You will be responsible for supervising, scaling, and coaching a growing team of phone-based sales agents. This is a remote leadership role focused on delivering sales excellence through structured training, performance analysis, and KPI-driven management. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in phone sales, remote team supervision, and optimizing sales systems for the U.S. and European markets.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a remote team of phone sales agents
Train, onboard, and coach new hires
Develop and refine sales scripts and call methodologies
Analyze call metrics and track KPIs to improve performance
Implement quality assurance processes and monitor productivity
Collaborate with leadership to scale the team to 8–10 agents
Own day-to-day sales operations and target tracking
Coordinate with Customer Service to align goals and strategies
Maintain high standards of communication, discipline, and accountability
Minimum 5 years of total sales experience, including:
At least 1–2 years as a successful phone salesperson
3+ years supervising remote phone sales teams
Strong knowledge of outbound call operations, sales psychology, and coaching techniques
Proven experience with U.S. and European markets
Skilled in creating scripts, analyzing data, and improving KPIs
Fluent English (C1 level or higher) – mandatory
Remote work capability and reliable internet
Experience scaling a call center or B2C team is highly preferred
