**Lawyer - Corporate Law****The opportunity**As a member of our team in the EY GDS Spain office in Malaga, you’ll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by working on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation.**Your key responsibilities**- Preparation and drafting of corporate documents (Shareholders and Directors agreements).- Control and updating of legal documentation.- Coordination of secretarial services for international corporate entities.- Support in the analysis of processes and procedures aimed at optimizing them.- Drafting of both technical and executive reports.**Skills and attributes for success**- Communication skills- High capacity for analysis and identification of solutions- Proactivity and problem-solving capacity- High learning capacity- Ability to handle conflict resolution**To qualify for the role, you must have**- Degree in Law, Law and Business Administration or similar- High level of English (B2/C1)**Ideally, you’ll also have**- Proficiency in MS Office Package.- Knowledge and expertise in any of the following areas:- Corporate Law- Civil Law- Labour Law- Litigation**What we look for****What we offer**In EY GDS, you will collaborate with EY teams on exciting projects and work with well-known brands from across the globe.
