About the Role
Transport Refrigeration, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to drive the sales of our Red Dot air conditioning and Eberspächer diesel-fired heater products to trucking companies, heavy equipment operators, off-road vehicle manufacturers, and OEMs. You will work directly with customers to provide climate control solutions, offer technical support, and build lasting relationships with some of the most well-known names in the industry.

What You’ll Do
* Promote and sell Red Dot and Eberspächer HVAC products to fleet managers, heavy equipment providers, off-road vehicle manufacturers, and OEMs
* Develop new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing accounts
* Serve as the technical expert, providing product knowledge and support to both customers and installers
* Partner with OEMs to integrate our HVAC products into their vehicle models
* Attend trade shows, industry events, and conduct product demonstrations to increase brand awareness and sales
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business in your territory
What You Bring
* 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the transport refrigeration, trucking, heavy equipment, or off-road vehicle industries
* Strong understanding of mobile HVAC and diesel-fired heating systems, or a solid desire to gain expertise in this area
* Proven success in building and managing relationships with fleet operators, OEMs, and distributors
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated with a strong desire to work independently and drive results
* Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel within your territory
