Are you ready to become an Area Sales Manager, Business Developer, or High-Potential Junior Leader (Italian + English) in Spain? What you'll do:

* Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
* Develop and expand key accounts across Europe
* Identify new business opportunities with manufacturers, brands, and distributors
* Build strong client relationships and negotiate mutually beneficial deals
* Analyze market trends and outmaneuver competitors
* Collaborate with teams across Jeanologia to deliver client solutions
* Utilize CRM and data insights to enhance sales performance
* Travel across Europe for industry events and client meetings

What you bring:

* 3-5 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in industrial or textile sectors
* A strong desire for learning and career advancement
* Experience with CRM and data-driven sales strategies
* International experience
* Fluent in English (C1-C2) and Italian; additional languages are a plus
* Willingness to travel internationally and expand your network
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Proactive, dynamic, results-oriented mindset
