The International Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key global and regional clients to drive long-term growth and profitability. This role involves overseeing international accounts, coordinating cross-border activities, and aligning internal resources to meet customer needs and expectations.Role and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic account plans for assigned international key clients, ensuring alignment with business objectivesBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across multiple geographiesAct as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyaltyIdentify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-sellingMonitor international market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform business strategiesManage contract negotiations, pricing structures, and service agreements in alignment with company policies and profitability targetsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of products/services according to client expectations and global standardsProvide regular account performance updates, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior managementSkill Requirements/PreferencesAround 4 years of professional experience in consulting, preferably with exposure to international clients or cross-functional projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to align market opportunities with the company’s long-term goalsSkilled in managing multiple projects with tight deadlines, including top-management reportingCollaborative mindset to work with internal and external stakeholdersStrong communication, research, presentation and creative skillsFull knowledge of MS Office required including Excel, PowerPoint, WordMust be creative and be able to think outside of the boxEducation RequirementsBachelor’s and master’s degree is required
