If you are in the Unilever Ice Cream business or consider choosing to work for the Unilever Ice Cream business, you will work for the Global, leading Ice Cream player with €7.9bn Turn Over in 2023. The Ice Cream business is operating in a highly attractive category, as we are part of the 1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, growing consistently at high pace. We have strong brands equities: 5 of top 10 selling brands including Wall’s, Magnum, Ben &Jerry;’s. We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, once we separate from Unilever, which is planned to happen by November 2025.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**: 
ACQUISITION 
- Understand chain restaurants requirements, pain points and needs. 
- Identify prospects and lead generation. 
- Organize culinary session together with Chefs. 
- Meeting proper preparation and follow-up 
- Agreement negotiation and sign off. 
- Create and present Business Cases for new accounts 
**ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT** 
- Prepare an individual plan for each national/Regional chain in coordination with other areas of the organization (i.e. marketing, operator, delivery experts, chefs ). 
- Define targets, measure performance and review plans with individual chains. 
- Analyze sales, profitability and data of the channels under management with a view to develop accounts and improve channel management. 
- Be able to challenge the customers with good business arguments. 
- Coordinate with internal and external teams: visits, follow-up agreement and validate execution point by point. 
- Manage administrative task related to Pricing, Customer Facing with Unilever stakeholders 
- Coordinate & aligned with wholesalers and distributors proper customer approach. 
**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**: 
**EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS** 
- University degree, with an emphasis in business 
- Previous relevant experience as KAM - deep knowledge of HORECA Channel understanding and Account Management. 
- Experience working with Food Service distribuitors will be highly valued 
- Proficient Level of English and Spanish is a must
