The profile we are looking for
As part of an ambitious international growth project, we are looking to incorporate a Junior Export Sales Manager into our Sales team .
This role is key to supporting the expansion of the brand across key European markets. We are looking for a proactive, sales-driven individual with a passion for luxury hospitality and international business development.
What will you do?
* Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with luxury hotels, high-end department stores, and premium laundries in Europe.
* Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, becoming a brand ambassador in each market.
* Collaborate with senior sales leadership to design and implement tailored sales strategies by region.
* Deliver brand and product presentations with confidence, highlighting our values and customer-first approach.
* Attend client meetings, showroom visits, international trade fairs, and hospitality events to expand brand visibility.
* Coordinate closely with internal teams (logistics, customer service, marketing) to ensure seamless delivery and an exceptional customer experience.
* Maintain accurate sales records, client pipelines, and market insights using CRM tools.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support positioning and pricing decisions.
* Ensure compliance with export documentation and shipping procedures.
What are we looking for?
* Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Luxury Brand Management, Marketing, or related fields.
* 1–2 years of experience in international sales or business development, ideally in the luxury, textile, or hospitality sectors.
* Passion for client relationships and business growth .
* Fluent in English ; additional languages such as French or German are a strong asset.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* Availability to travel across Europe (30–40%).
