We are looking for a Strategic Onboarding Manager to oversee the entry of high-potential Dutch businesses into the Google Ads ecosystem. This hybrid position allows you to work in our seaside office 2 days a week while enjoying remote work for the remaining 3 days.
Responsibilities
* Client Integration: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new accounts, building high-converting PPC campaigns from scratch.
* Strategic Growth: Proactively reach out to Dutch businesses to understand their unique goals and propose tailored advertising solutions that drive results.
* Performance Optimization: Audit and refine live campaigns to ensure long-term sustainability, focusing on maximizing client ROI.
* Funnel Consultancy: Advise clients on the \"big picture\"—from optimizing landing pages to precision audience targeting and creative split-testing.
* Market Intelligence: Act as a Dutch market expert, gathering regional feedback on product features and data privacy concerns to influence our internal roadmap.
* Data Storytelling: Use KPIs and performance metrics to build compelling reports, providing clients with the insights they need to scale their spend.
Core Requirements
* Education: University degree (BA/BS) or equivalent practical experience in Marketing or Tech.
* Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Dutch (C1-C2).
* Digital Agility: Comfortable using CRM systems and integrating AI-driven productivity tools into your daily workflow.
* Communication: A persuasive and confident communicator who can turn complex technical data into easy-to-understand business value.
