Position Overview As Legal Counsel in the Hanshow Group's Overseas Legal Department, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing Strategy & Legal Compliance, you may also report to the European Regional Manager. Your core responsibilities include: Key Responsibilities Contract Management: Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, such as purchase and sale agreements, distribution agreements, service provider contracts, EPC contracts, NDAs, co-development agreements, licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, etc. Dispute Resolution: Handling complaints and disputes with customers, suppliers, or third parties, in coordination with the Insurance team or external legal advisors. Regulatory Advisory: Providing guidance on complex regulatory issues affecting operations, including environmental compliance and product access permits in relevant markets. Compliance Leadership: Acting as the main contact for competition and compliance issues, including anti-corruption, international sanctions, and GDPR, and supporting the implementation of compliance programs across the Group. Functional Development: Training staff on key legal topics, managing relationships with external counsel, and supporting external growth initiatives and complex transactions as needed. Note: Responsibilities will adapt over time based on business needs and your expertise. Candidate Profile Master’s degree in Business Law, with international legal training preferred. 1–3 years of experience, either in-house or at a law firm focusing on corporate law. Preferred expertise in IT and/or energy sector contracts under Spanish and EU law. Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Mandarin or French is advantageous; knowledge of German, Portuguese, or Italian is also considered. Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail. Business-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. Adaptable to multicultural environments. Ability to prioritize tasks and align with strategic vision. Collaborative with cross-functional engagement skills. Autonomous and pragmatic in providing solutions.
