Senior Account Executive - Local Management (Solutions Sales Department)

We are Semrush, a global IT company developing our own product – a platform for digital marketers. This role is for a Senior Account Executive - Local Management, suitable for those who can communicate effectively with diverse clients worldwide.
Responsibilities
* Drive new sales growth by expanding our customer base through targeted outreach such as calls, emails, campaigns, and live demos.
* Collaborate with business and engineering teams to develop sales strategies and meet ambitious targets.
* Attend workshops and courses to stay updated on sales and marketing techniques.
* Plan and support product launches and events to increase visibility.
* Conduct product demonstrations to showcase solutions to potential clients and stakeholders.
* Maintain expert knowledge of our products to address customer inquiries effectively.
* Develop strategies to educate clients on products and services that contribute to their success.
* Organize training sessions for clients and team members as needed.
* Work with leadership on marketing strategies to improve outreach.
* Assist with product rollouts and ensure smooth integration into sales processes.
* Support daily operations within the Sales Specialist group.
* Mentor and train team members to improve overall performance.
* Coordinate with other departments to support sales initiatives.
* Use Salesforce and analytics reports to inform strategies.
* Collaborate with management on operational tasks to achieve results.
Who we are looking for
* At least 3 years of experience selling Local SEO solutions.
* Over 5 years of dynamic sales experience with high-volume outreach.
* More than 7 years of overall professional experience.
* Minimum 3 years in high-volume phone sales, focusing on lead generation.
* Quick learner with adaptability to new tech stacks.
* Ability to work closely with leadership.
* Proficiency in CRM, digital marketing, SEO/SEM.
* Excellent communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
* Growth mindset and continuous improvement drive.
* Proven software sales experience.
* Background in digital marketing agencies, Martech, or SaaS.
* Experience with cold outreach and familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing concepts.
