Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Campaign Management Specialist to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company.
Working hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Service Overview:
The Campaign Management Specialist will work within the Campaign Automation team (HP Services Delivery Unit) to ensure timely, high-quality digital marketing execution and enablement services for internal stakeholders worldwide. Responsibilities include maintaining visibility into market campaign and customer journey plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring effective campaign execution across the Delivery Unit.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with market teams and other DU units to ensure campaigns meet global standards and client expectations.
* Provide regular updates to Delivery Managers, Service Account Leads, and other teams.
* Review campaign dashboards and generate insights, such as quarterly reports.
* Understand market needs and leverage DU services effectively.
* Maintain communication with internal customers and DU teams to facilitate project progress and provide consultancy.
* Adhere to and optimize service processes, suggesting improvements when necessary.
Requirements & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Marketing Technology, or related technical studies with business acumen.
* Experience in project/client management or digital marketing consultancy.
* Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.
* Knowledge of blending business and technical topics, client management, and incident de-escalation.
* Experience in Patient Engagement or B2B marketing preferred.
* Familiarity with email, SMS channels, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Paid Media is advantageous.
* Self-motivated, creative, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
* Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to interpret technical information for non-technical audiences.
* Strong time and project management skills, capable of handling multiple fast-paced projects.
