Aernnova is strengthening its team of Supplier Industrialization Manager!
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
* Lead and coordinate a team of Supplier Industrialization Engineers to ensure the technical and industrial capacity of suppliers by validating project elements in industrialization, guaranteeing compliance with Aernnova's requirements.
* Collaborate on defining purchasing strategies, annual objectives, budgets, and management plans.
* Plan resources required for project fulfillment.
* Establish, lead, and develop your team in coordination with project managers and functional departments.
* Participate in defining purchasing requirements and selecting suppliers, organizing deliverables according to Aernnova's APQP model.
* Coordinate concurrent engineering with suppliers during development and industrialization, monitoring progress, correcting deviations, and validating deliverables for serial production transition.
REQUIREMENTS
* Engineering Degree
* More than 5 years of experience
* High level of English proficiency
* Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel)
* Availability to travel
* Teamwork and communication skills
