brLocation: Barcelona, hybrid (one day in the office)

brYour main responsibilities will involve:
brAnalyze ECM business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution specifications
brStakeholder management and interaction with key users to understand business needs
brSupport and lead the implementation of new initiatives and projects related to content management
brDevelop and support content management solutions and workflows using ECM tools
brPerform impact analysis of application and data source changes, holding an end-to-end view of the system
brContinuously improve existing ECM processes and services
brProvide end-user support/training for global content management needs
brEnsure compliance, governance, and data quality related to content management

brYour Skills and Experience required:
br~3 years of relevant work experience in content management or related fields.
br~ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
br~ Good knowledge of content management systems and processes.
br~ Business Analyst skills (e.g. analytical skills, requirement gathering engineering).
br~ Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
br~ Relevant working experience in IT content management is a big plus.
br~ Valuable previous experience or knowledge with ECM tools (e.g. FileNet, SharePoint, OpenText, Documentum).
br~ Experience or knowledge with workflow automation and document management systems as a plus.
