Currently, we seek to strengthen our Strategy & Innovation team in Madrid through the addition of a Manager to participate and lead projects at both national and international levels.
Responsibilities Play a key role in projects by leading day-to-day execution while supporting and developing individual team members, taking overall responsibility for project execution and end products.
Contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of actionable and tailored solutions for our clients, working closely with them to ensure positive impact and sustainable results, guided by our leadership team.
Become a true leader, inspiring others. Work collaboratively with the team but also autonomously, following strategic directions. Demonstrate analytical, quantitative, conceptual thinking, and strong communication skills to ensure successful project completion and team performance.
Handle various project phases, gathering and analyzing large volumes of mixed information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing recommendations for clients with a strategic mindset.
Requirements / Proven Experience Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or economics.
5-7 years of experience in consulting firms.
Experience managing large, complex projects involving multidisciplinary teams.
Participation or management of digital transformation projects.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including technology and digital specialists.
Active management of multiple client and stakeholder relationships, understanding client needs, and influencing client agendas.
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude, high ethical standards, and international work experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong leadership presence.
Must Have / Skills Strong analytical skills, knowledge of Power BI and other data platforms handling large volumes of data.
Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex insights into clear recommendations.
Ability to conceptualize, structure, and design frameworks, ideas, insights, products, and services for clients.
Strategic, financial, and business acumen (360o understanding).
People-oriented mindset, supporting team members and achieving project objectives.
