Your mission is to drive performance and cost savings through continuous improvement:Champion Continuous Improvement:You will lead high-impact projects applying methodologies such asKaizen, 5S, SMED, and TPM. Hunt for Efficiency:You will use data analysis to identify opportunities and detect waste in our production processes. Drive Performance:You will monitor key performance indicators ( KPIs ) related to efficiency, quality, cycle times, and productivity to ensure we are winning every day ( Take responsibility ). Shape the Culture:You will promote aLean Culturethrough training sessions, workshops, and active support in organizational change. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a passion for industrial optimization.The Engineer:You have a Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Aeronautic, or similar). Project Manager:You have strong project management skills and strategic thought processes.
