Responsibilities
* Support the sales team: prepare, validate and transmit the specific commercial sales arguments, supervise their correct and homogeneous performance, and implement necessary training and coaching to ensure proper sales actions.
* Create and develop the local marketing plan: generate the local marketing plan; coordinate and follow-up strategies and contacts of interest (clinical specialists); participate in the technical design and content control of commercial support material (brochures, promotional materials, stands, etc.) in response to market needs and guidelines.
* Training and education: organize, coordinate and participate in external scientific, clinical or informative events (congresses, clinical sessions, etc.) to stay updated on developments and trends and to communicate the advantages of our products; coordinate actions with other departments; interpret and analyze market studies for knowledge of the product, customers and competition; identify and propose new business opportunities through Key Opinion Leaders.
* Local product launches: generate appropriate materials; develop a plan, strategy and marketing approach consistent with the 4P’s of marketing for the market.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in the Life Sciences field.
* Experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry (sales, marketing and/or scientific) and hospital sector.
* Self-starter with strong work ethic, good judgment, results-oriented and detail-focused.
* Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make structured decisions.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment.
* Availability to travel (approximately 30%-40%).
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
* High level of English.
