***Key Requirements**
- Passed GCE O/L examination or GCE A/L examination.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in similar capacity preferably in the financial services sector.
- Part qualification in SLIM/CIM would be advantageous.
- Possess good knowledge on MS Excel and display good communication and analytical skills.
- Pleasant personality with ability good negotiation skills.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Managing all customer requirements pertaining to documentation and service all walk in clients to the branch by providing necessary information and managing a healthy relationship with them.
- Entering data to the system and follow up early recovery bucket when required.
- Prepare regular reports to the management which pertaining to the branch or region.
- Acting as the back up cashier for the branch when the permeant cashier is not available in the branch.
