About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled Amazon Ads Specialist to help us scale our brand on Amazon through data-driven advertising strategy. The idóneo candidate is fully up to date with the latest Amazon Advertising trends, understands profitability and ROAS optimisation, and knows how to build and manage campaigns that deliver sustainable growth. You will work closely with Logistics, Design, Account Management and other internal teams to ensure that advertising strategy aligns with stock levels, content quality and pricing — always with a strong focus on profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage and optimise Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns
Analyse campaign performance and continuously improve ROAS and ACOS
Create advertising strategies for launches and scaling phases
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
Monitor profitability and contribution margins
Coordinate with logistics to align ads with stock availability
Collaborate with designers to optimise creatives and brand content
Report performance insights and make strategic recommendations
Requirements
Proven experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns
Strong analytical mindset with focus on ROAS and profitability
Excellent knowledge of all Amazon ad formats
Up-to-date with Amazon marketplace trends and best practices
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Languages:
Spanish & English — required
German, French or Italian — desirable
Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona.
