Service Tech Fire Detection - Temp

What you will do
The Service Technician - Fire Detection will report to the Supervisor Product Support - UK, SA, Nordic, and ES. You will be based in Madrid / work from home. You will support sales and growth initiatives in the ES region by providing technical support for the Johnson Controls EN Global Products fire detection portfolio, including addressable and conventional fire detection, PAVA, and relevant accessories.
You will be in direct contact with system distributors, installers, commissioning engineers, and end-users. As part of the sales engineering team, you will collaborate closely with sales, customer service, inside sales, marketing, training, and R&D.
This is a temporary (one-year) position for a leave replacement.
How you will do it
* Provide product support to customers and sales teams
* Support the full product range of fire detection systems using JCI fire detection software tools to provide solutions tailored to site and customer requirements, including PAVA systems
* Communicate with consultants, designers, project managers, and end-users
What we are looking for
* Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering or relevant experience in fire detection
* Minimum 5 years of experience in fire detection industry
* Proficiency in English and Spanish
