Your role
As Bellboy Shift Leader, you will oversee the bell team operations, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for all guests. You will coordinate luggage handling, guest transportation support, and lobby operations, setting the tone for a warm and professional welcome at Nômade.
What you will do
- Lead and supervise the bell team during daily shifts
- Ensure smooth luggage handling for arrivals, departures, and room moves
- Coordinate guest transportation requests and logistics
- Provide a warm, attentive, and efficient welcome and farewell experience
- Support front office operations and lobby flow management
- Ensure consistent service standards and guest satisfaction
- Train and guide bell staff to deliver exceptional service
- Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization in lobby and storage areas
- Assist with guest requests and special arrangementsCoordinate closely with Front of House and Concierge teams
Who we’re looking for
- Experienced hospitality professional in bell services or front-of-house operations
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Guest-focused with a proactive and friendly attitude
- Physically fit and hands-on approach to daily operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Previous experience as Bell Captain, Bell Shift Leader, or similar role
- Good knowledge of hotel operations and guest arrival/departure procedures
- Strong teamwork and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage logistics and coordinate multiple requests
- Fluent in Spanish (English is a plus)
- Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
