To support the management, planning and decision making of the technical departments for projects and Business Unit, ensuring a quality and reliable analysis of the information by the established deadline.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
* Obtain and analyze key economic indicators, guaranteeing the compliance with Corporate Policies.
* Create the TC/TP study for new bids.
* Analyze and guarantee the reliability of the data included in the TC/TP with the help of all functions (Offers, Investigation Projects, and Development Projects).
* Guarantee that the TC/TP study and its corresponding Action Plan from the FDS Phase 2 to Phase 7 are update within the established periods.
* Keep track of key project variables (hours, external expenses, activations, tools) and report any deviations.
* Report to the Corporation using the defined reports on a monthly basis.
* Support Business Plan generation for assigned departments, and be responsible for calculating the corresponding rate schedules.
* Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
* Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Academic background:
Bachelor’s degree
Languages: Fluent local language & Fluent English (spoken & written)
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in similar position or in auditor or cost analyst position
OTHER SPECIFICATIONS
Additional training:
Knowledge of economics, business administration, engineering, control management, accounting or projects management would be of additional value
