Job Overview: Drive the growth of the Solar Module sales business in Spain by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities. Conduct regional market analysis focusing on supply/demand trends, government policies, competitors, and key distributors and installers. Build and nurture relationships with potential partners, including distributors, installers, and consultants, with tailored strategies for each. Establish and meet quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive initiatives. Support marketing efforts for regional campaigns such as exhibitions, presentations, and product launches. Prepare regular sales reports for management and track progress against goals. Gather customer feedback, market trends, and organizational input to shape product strategy and roadmap in the PV module segment. Engage with industry players to align our offerings with their needs. Develop customized proposals for tenders, ensuring technical and commercial optimization. Identify new market segments and opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure product delivery and schedule alignment. Participate in product design reviews to meet quality standards. Partner with marketing and sales teams for product launches and rollouts.
Key Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in the solar module industry, working with manufacturers or selling to developers and EPCs.
* Proven sales and business development capabilities.
* Familiarity with procurement processes and customer needs.
* Strong decision-making, financial acumen, and entrepreneurial spirit.
* Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
* Self-motivated with strong organization and planning skills.
* Willingness to travel up to 50-60%.
* Fluent in the local language and English.
