About the SAP Internship Experience Program (iXp)
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
The role
Your role as CCA is to ensure that our senior leaders effectively communicate with their teams and internal stakeholders. As CCA you will showcase our creative skills and technical know-how to elevate our internal communications to be truly best in class.
Day to day you will do this by:
- Leadership Support. You will work alongside our leaders and enable them to engage employees and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders. This involves crafting high-quality communication materials like presentations and videos.
- Create Compelling Content. Using your storytelling skills, you will create engaging, visually appealing, and high-quality assets for presentations, videos, newsletters, business summaries and all-hands meetings.
- Analyse Impact. You will monitor and evaluate your communication’s effectiveness and provide insights for improvements.
- Collaborate and innovate. You will work with peers to innovate and enhance best in class communication practices within the entire Digital Hub.

Must Haves
- You must speak and write Excellent Business English; other major European languages are an advantage.
- Must be a current student, at least in the third year of a bachelor’s degree in fields such as Media, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia Production, Business Administration, Marketing, or Public Relations.
- University must sign SAP´s tri‑party agreement; without this, under Spanish law, SAP cannot consider your application.
- Ready to commit to a full‑time 6‑month internship, totalling 39.5 hours per week.
