The working territory is Galicia, and you will be based in Coruña or Vigo.
A Day in the Life
* Planning and executing technical and educational programs, prioritizing these activities with input from the Sales Manager and other departments, aligned with the Country Business Plan.
* Serving as the technical expert and reference for the CA solutions team, providing technical support to customers and becoming an expert in our product portfolio.
* Providing technical support during procedures and troubleshooting support to the sales force and customers upon request.
* Participating in the development of employee and customer training programs, preparing study materials, and conducting training sessions in collaboration with the sales team and Training & Education department.
* Supporting sales presentations to customers and assisting in the introduction and market release of new products and therapies through clinical review and contribution to sales and marketing materials.
* Contributing to the achievement of AOP through technical and clinical support to the CAS team and external customers.
* Reporting account, market, and competitive information, trends, and metrics comprehensively and timely.
* Accurately reporting all product-related events, customer feedback, product and legal issues, risks, and complaints following compliance requirements.
* Completing administrative duties and reports promptly (e.g., inventory reports, stock movement forms) and providing regular activity updates to the Sales Manager.
Must Haves
* University degree in Life Sciences or Engineering.
* Minimum of 2 years experience in the medical device industry, preferably including hospital operation room environments.
* Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products.
* Willingness and ability to travel within Spain.
* Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment, collaborating with sales, physicians, nurses, and hospital technicians.
* Capable of working independently on projects and with a broad view across Spain.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) at all organizational levels.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Team-oriented and self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
