At the forefront of biomedical science and technology, SHA fosters a collaborative environment focused on innovation, purpose, and excellence. /ppJoin a forward-thinking team committed to transforming the future of health at one of the world’s most advanced wellness institutions. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbAbout the Role /b /ppbr/ppDefine and lead the strategy, design, and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and programs to ensure talent attraction, engagement, and retention, while driving continuous improvement in the company’s operational, financial, and talent management KPIs. /ppDrive global strategic Human Capital initiatives across AB Living Group in close collaboration with the CPO, overseeing technology enablement, process design, and legal compliance across all business lines. /ppDrive the standardization of processes and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization’s Human Capital function. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /ppbr/ppbr/ppbCompensation, Benefits Total Rewards /b /ppbr/pulliDefine and lead the Total Rewards strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives while driving talent attraction, engagement, and retention. /liliOversee the design and governance of compensation structures, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness through data-driven market analysis. /liliProvide strategic direction on incentive frameworks, commission schemes, and performance-based compensation models that reinforce a high-performance culture. /liliEstablish and evolve comprehensive benefits programs to enhance the employee value proposition across all business units. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbTalent Acquisition Workforce Strategy /b /ppbr/pulliLead the design and execution of a forward-thinking Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with the organization’s growth and international expansion plans. /liliOversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and high quality of hire. /liliDrive employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to position the organization as a top employer in the market. /liliDefine and implement employee retention and engagement strategies to maximize performance and organizational commitment. /liliEstablish robust succession planning frameworks to ensure leadership pipeline continuity and long-term organizational sustainability. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbLearning, Development Culture /b /ppbr/pulliDefine the Learning Development strategy to build critical capabilities and support long-term business growth. /liliFoster a high-performance and people-centric culture through leadership development, continuous learning, and cultural transformation initiatives. /liliChampion organizational culture, ensuring alignment with the company’s values, purpose, and employee experience vision. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbStrategic HR Leadership Transformation /b /ppbr/pulliAct as a strategic partner to the CPO in driving global Human Capital initiatives. /liliLead large-scale HR transformation projects, including process standardization and technological implementation. /liliEnsure alignment of HR practices with business strategy, governance frameworks, and legal requirements across all geographies. /liliDrive continuous improvement across the Human Capital function, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and organizational impact. /liliEnsure full compliance with Information Security policies and corporate governance standards. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbr/ppbQualifications /b /ppbr/pulliBachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. /liliMaster’s degree in Human Resources Management or specialized training in Compensation Benefits. /lilib5+ years of experience /b in similar or progressively bsenior roles /b. /liliFluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken b(only candidates submitting their CV in English will be considered). /b /liliAvailability to travel and participate in international expansion processes as required. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbRequired Skills /b /ppbr/pulliStrong project management and cross-functional team leadership capabilities. /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills. /liliHigh level of customer orientation, both toward internal stakeholders (employees/talent) and external clients (guests). /liliStrong technological proficiency. /liliExperience with HR management systems and Business Intelligence tools. /liliProven experience leading the implementation and optimization of HR systems. /liliAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbPay Range and Compensation Package /b /ppCompensation details will be discussed during the interview process. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbEqual Opportunity Statement /b /ppSHA values excellence, innovation, integrity, care, and well-being, and is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. /p
