In this role, you will work on consolidation, analysis, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements. Reporting directly to the Consolidation Manager, you will play a crucial part in our consolidation team performing financial operations.Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include :
Consolidate monthly financial results, under IFRS standards, across approximately 50 legal entities to provide actionable insights.Ensure compliance with IFRS accounting policies, assure their application in affiliated companies and joint ventures, and maintain internal control standards throughout the consolidation process.Prepare the Molins Consolidated Annual Accounts, as well as the Consolidated Interim Accounts (half-yearly), in accordance with the requirements of a stock-listed company according to the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).Monitor and analyze reporting packages in affiliated companies and joint ventures, under Group's accounting policies, ensuring compliance with consolidation and reporting deadlines.Contribute to standardizing and implementing procedures, accounting policies, and controls in the Group's companies to ensure high-quality information in the consolidation process.Prepare supporting documentation for external and internal audits.Assist with additional reporting requirements as needed.What Do We Offer?Competitive salary + bonus.Hybrid and flexible remote work model.Shorter workdays on Fridays and during the summer.Canteen with special prices for employees.Physiotherapy services at reduced rates for employees.Flexible compensation options (restaurant tickets, medical insurance).We are hiring a professional who meets the following requirements :
At least 4-6 years of proven experience in a similar position in a multinational company, preferably in the industrial sector, or as an auditor in a Big4.Bachelor's degree in business administration or economics. A master's degree in finance/audit is valued.In-depth knowledge of IFRS and Spanish GAAP.Knowledge of HFM Consolidation and SAP.Knowledge of Workiva and MS PowerBI is valued.Fluent in English and Spanish.Skills:
