Multinational company based in Barcelona
Main Assignments:
1. Manage the internal and external team, including hiring, training, and performance management, to ensure alignment with company strategy and objectives. Build and manage the team to deliver required IT solutions.
2. Estimate efforts, workload, and costs within the area and track the budget.
3. Lead and perform application support in the area. Manage the Support Team, assign tasks, define and follow up on KPIs, and oversee day-to-day operations (first level support).
4. Lead regular SAP S/4HANA core maintenance tasks, release management, and code version control, involving both internal and external parties.
5. Participate actively in project implementations related to the area.
6. Manage expectations and daily interactions with key stakeholders and sponsors.
7. Ensure delivery excellence based on defined processes and service levels.
Other Assignments:
Support other workstream leads in delivering strategic cross-functional programs.
