We are currently looking for an Indirect Sales Manager to join our team.


Mission:

As an Indirect Sales Manager, you will take on significant responsibility for driving revenue growth and team performance across a broad territory through an indirect go‑to‑market approach. In this role, you will lead a team of sales professionals—including Affiliate Managers located across Spain—who manage relationships with distributors, resellers, and other channel partners. You will also oversee two managers who coordinate the activities of the Affiliate Sales teams. By leveraging your sales acumen, channel expertise, and leadership skills, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth within the indirect sales ecosystem and contributing to the overall success of our organization.


Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee the activities of a geographically dispersed team of Affiliate Managers and the two managers who supervise the Affiliate Sales function.
* Lead the development and implementation of indirect sales strategies to achieve departmental revenue targets.
* Build and strengthen relationships with key distributors, resellers, and channel partners to maximize market reach.
* Analyze market trends within the indirect channel to identify opportunities and adapt sales initiatives.
* Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and feedback to team members.
* Coordinate with marketing to align channel initiatives with promotional campaigns and partner enablement activities.
* Facilitate regular strategy and alignment meetings with the Affiliate Sales team to drive collective performance.
* Ensure compliance with all sales, channel, and operational policies and procedures.
* Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate team and partner performance, enabling data‑driven decision making.
* Represent the company at industry events, partner summits, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Skills:

* Indirect Sales Planning: Ability to shape and execute sales plans tailored to distributor and reseller channels.
* Team & Performance Management: Expertise in managing distributed teams, including multiple management layers.
* Channel Partner Engagement: Strong capability in building and managing relationships with distributors, resellers, and affiliate networks.
* Leadership & Mentoring: Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop sales professionals across different regions.
* Market Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing market trends and channel dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Effective coordination with marketing, operations, and other internal stakeholders.
* Data‑Driven Mindset: Skills in analyzing sales KPIs and partner performance to guide team actions.
* Networking: Ability to represent the company in external events and foster professional relationships within the ecosystem.
