New Idea, a fast‑growing garment manufacturer specializing in light woven, knit, outerwear, kids, and denim, is looking for a highly skilled Sales Manager / Key Account Manager / Business Developer to join our international sales team in Barcelona.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop strategic business partnerships with mass market fashion customers across key European countries (such as France, Germany, Poland, Greece, and others), while representing a company that believes in growing together and succeeding together.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in sales/business development in the textile / garment industry
* A strong portfolio of top‑tier mass market fashion customers in France, Germany, Poland, Greece, or other European countries (required to apply)
* Excellent skills in client development and relationship building
* Outstanding communication, leadership, and presentation skills
* Willingness to travel across Europe and internationally as needed
* Solid problem‑solving and analytical abilities
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related fields
* Must be based in Barcelona
