We're looking for an experienced Team Lead Backend Developer with extensive experience in Node.js to join our development team in Valencia, Spain!
❗️Important: This is an on-site position based in Valencia. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Candidates must either already be in Valencia or be willing to relocate. Full relocation support will be provided if necessary.❗️
Responsibilities
* Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
* Hiring and training technical personnel.
* Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
* Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
* Liaising with team members and management to ensure projects are completed to standard.
* Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
* Collaborating with the team to identify and fix technical problems.
* Actively participate in developing new features from scratch.
Qualifications
* At least 8+ years of professional experience in the IT field.
* 3+ years of experience in leadership positions.
* 3+ years of commercial experience with Node.js.
* 5+ years of commercial experience in web development.
* Commercial experience in implementing REST and WebSockets.
* Experience with Git version control system.
* Experience with commercial databases, MySQL.
* Experience with RabbitMQ.
* Experience with Redis.
* Advanced level of English.
* Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
* Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
