Pb Account Manager – iGaming (Payments Startup) Barcelona or Europe (€20k) /b /ppb Overview /b /pp We’re looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with iGaming clients for a fast-growing payments startup. You’ll be the main point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth payment operations, driving revenue growth, and delivering a high-quality client experience. /ppb Key Responsibilities /b /pulli Manage a portfolio of iGaming clients, building strong, long-term relationships /lili Act as the primary contact for day-to-day client needs, escalations, and performance reviews /lili Monitor payment performance (approval rates, fraud, chargebacks) and provide actionable insights /lili Collaborate with internal teams (product, risk, compliance, tech) to resolve issues and improve service /lili Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account revenue /lili Support onboarding of new clients and payment methods across markets /lili Stay informed on iGaming trends, regulations, and payments landscape /li /ulpb Requirements /b /pulli2–5 years of experience in account management, preferably in payments, fintech, or iGaming /lili Strong understanding of payment flows, PSPs, and risk/fraud concepts /lili Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills /lili Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and present performance metrics /lili Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment /lili Fluency in English (additional languages a plus) /li /ulpb Nice to Have /b /pulli Experience working with high-risk industries or regulated markets /lili Familiarity with global payment methods and cross-border transactions /li /ul
