About the departmentThe Marketing Department within BYD Spain National Sales Company is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies specific in Spain. The department creates and deploys comprehensive plans that resonate with the target audience. Our team works collaboratively to optimise brand visibility, increase market share, and drive business growth within the Spain. Marketing Department is a fundamental part in the BYD Spain NSC cooperating with the rest of the areas. We also work closely with colleagues within the European marketing team and also colleagues within BYD HQ in China.As Dealer Marketing Manager you will:Play an important role in the support of the marketing activities for the Spanish market with a particular emphasis on Dealer marketing support.As a key member within the marketing team, this role will be the interface between marketing, BYD Regional Sales Team and the dealer network.This will be in the form of:Provision of creative assets.Brand guidelines.Communication of BYD National planning.Coordination of Dealer marketing plan sign-off and validation (in conjunction with regional sales manager & Marketing Manager Spain).Local events support. Key Objectives & Responsibilities:Creation and maintenance of creative assets for dealer network.Coordination of dealer marketing program.Template provision.Budget management. Support Regional Managers with marketing advice and guidance for dealers.Ensure effective communication of national marketing plans to dealer network.Key Results:Validation and management of quarterly marketing plans for each BYD Dealership.Deployment of local marketing plans in conjunction with dealers.Events per dealer.Leads generation.Sales per dealer.Your Profile:University Degree in Marketing, Sales, or commercial disciplines.Marketing experience and knowledge of a broad mix of marketing channels.Automotive experience preferred, but not mandatory.Excellent Microsoft Office skills.Customer-oriented mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.Resilient and open-minded.Results oriented.
