DEKRA Digital Trust Services (DTS) is expanding its services portfolio with Data Center TIC Services. As Director, Data Center TIC Services, you will shape and scale our service offering across trust domains that converge in modern data centers, cybersecurity, safety, sustainability/energy, and system integrity. You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on go-to-market and delivery set-up to build a sustainable services business.
What will be your responsibilities?
* Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for DEKRA DTS Data Center Services in selected markets.
* Build a differentiated service portfolio and commercial packaging across cybersecurity, safety, sustainability/energy, and system integrity.
* Lead go-to-market activities, including priority segments, key pursuits, enable the sales organization, and build reference projects.
* Establish scalable delivery model including methodologies, quality management, governance, and partner ecosystems.
* Build and lead a high-performing team (direct and matrix), including hiring, training, and capability development.
* Represent DEKRA DTS externally with customers and partners and internally with senior stakeholders.
What do we expect from you?
* 5+ years in data center-related services (TIC, assurance, commissioning, consulting, engineering services, or similar), with clear leadership scope.
* Translate priority offerings into a defined service catalogue and delivery playbooks (scope, methodologies, QA, templates, and RACI) ready for execution.
* Lead service launch and operational readiness (pricing and standard SOWs, KPI/dashboarding, and a 90/180-day plan for pilots and scale-up).
* Track record of building and scaling a services business: offer creation, pricing, pipeline creation, and revenue responsibility.
* Strong customer credibility with data center stakeholders (operators/owners, design & build partners, critical infrastructure teams).
* Ability to bridge technical depth with business outcomes, turning expert capabilities into repeatable, high-quality services.
* Experience leading teams in a matrix environment; comfortable influencingsenior stakeholders across functions and geographies
* Excellent communication and executive-level storytelling
* Experience in leading and/or developing a technical team. The ability to hire, train, and inspire the team is crucial.
* High negotiation skills for dealing with equipment vendors or clients.
* Fluent level of English (C1).
Ideally, you'll also have
* Experience partnering with certification bodies, testing laboratories, engineering firms, and/or OEM ecosystems.
* International go-to-market experience (EU and beyond) and comfort building multi-country delivery capability.
* Background across more than one trust domain (e.G., cyber + energy, safety + commissioning
