Function Under the responsibility of the CRO Performance Manager within the Marketing team, you will participate in strengthening the acquisition of new customers through the various levers to be accentuated or optimized. As a Junior Marketing Project Manager: - You will be responsible for overseeing strategy. - You will be managing day-to-day operations: you will play a key role in developing plans that meet our client's business objectives. - You will be a source of proposals for improvements to be made to their experience on the different devices (desktop, mobile and app). - You participate in the implementation of all associated actions for the acquisition and retention of customers. - You will manage acquisition campaigns on non-SEA channels. - You will define common Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing programs. - You will provide ad-hoc analytics and recommendations for improvement. - You will analyze the conversion tunnel via ab tests. - You will participate in the definition of the strategy and management of landing pages: Evaluate current operational procedures, identify inefficiencies and make recommendations to improve them. - You will participate in the management of the SEO strategy: Participate in the execution plan and ensure delivery on time in collaboration with several teams of the company. - You will maximize the growth of our client's various segments and markets. Requirements You are the person we are looking for if: - You have a first conclusive experience (1-2 years) in a digital marketing service or in business data analysis. - You have a native level of French. - You have a fluent level of English or Spanish. - You own a Masters degree. - You have a strong appetite for monitoring, reporting and data analysis. - You have a great understanding of marketing strategy. - You are able to imagine and implement processes that promote operational excellence. - You are comfortable with Excel.
