About The Role\nWe’re looking for a\nBusiness Analyst / Product Owner\nto join international banking projects, working on\nRisk & Compliance architectures\nwithin complex financial environments.

You will act as a bridge between business and technology, translating requirements into scalable solutions and supporting delivery across distributed teams.

This role requires strong experience in\ncore banking and risk domains\n, combined with a solid understanding of system integrations and delivery processes.

What you’ll do

- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and SMEs
\n
- Translate business needs into user stories, epics, and functional specifications
\n
- Work closely with development teams during design and delivery
\n
- Validate solutions before deployment and support release lifecycle
\n
- Participate in testing activities (UAT, functional testing)
\n
- Analyse issues using logs and basic database queries
\n
- Support planning and delivery of modules or full functional areas
\n
- Collaborate with international teams (Spain / Mexico)
\n
\nWhat we’re looking for\n\n
- +4 years of experience as Business Analyst / Product Owner\n
\n
- Strong experience in banking environments\n
\n
- Experience with\n
\n
- Core Banking systems\n
\n
- Risk & Compliance domains (AML, credit risk, collections)\n
\n
- Experience working in Agile environments\n
\n
- Experience with\n
\n
- Jira / Confluence\n
\n
- User stories, epics, acceptance criteria\n
\n
- Strong analytical and communication skills\n
\n
- Ability to work with both business and technical teams\n
\n

- Experience with:\n

- Decision engines (Modellica, Provenir, Experian)\n
\n
- AML tools (Norkom, FCM)\n
\n
- Credit bureau integrations (Equifax, Experian)\n
