Location Pre‑Sales Engineer based in Valencia, Sapin.
Responsibilities
The Presales Engineer acts as a technical expert who works closely with the sales team to support the sales process by providing technical knowledge and solutions to potential customers.
Understand customer requirements, visit customer factories, prepare technical proposals, deliver product demonstrations, address technical inquiries, and create customized solutions that meet client needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business objectives.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.
Perform solution design and ensure product compatibility with client factories.
Work closely with internal departments to communicate client feedback and requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
Previous experience in a Presales Engineer or similar position.
Extensive experience in automated production lines, particularly in fruit sorting equipment, bottled beverage packaging lines, and logistics automation systems.
Hands‑on experience with product demonstrations and solution design.
Familiarity with 2D and 3D drafting software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to non‑technical audiences.
Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on delivering customer‑focused solutions.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Preferably under 35 years old.
Salary Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
