**Minimum Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience as a SQL Server DBA.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL Server 2016 and above, including installation and configuration.
- Strong expertise in T-SQL, performance tuning, indexing, and execution plans.
- Experience with HA/DR solutions in enterprise environments.
