We are seeking a talented and analytical IP Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a growing generic company with a strong international presence.
You will play a key role in:
* Conduct patent search and freedom to operate (FTO) analysis for API and FFD.
* Prepare, file and prosecute patent applications
* Supporting new product launches and IP litigation strategies.
* Reviewing patent and regulatory landscapes to identify risks and opportunities.
* Conducting IP due diligence for in-licensed products.
* Drafting and filing oppositions, liaising with external attorneys.
* Monitoring competitor activity and maintaining internal IP databases.
Requirements:
* Interest in becoming a European Patent Attorney, or already partially or fully qualified
* Experience in a similar role, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Excellent command of English.
* Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.
