Our client, a growing international SaaS company, is hiring a Partnership Development Manager to scale its partner channel in France. The partnerships function is still in early stages, offering a unique opportunity to shape strategy, build key relationships, and help define how the channel grows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and engage potential channel partners in the HR software space.
2. Manage the full partner lifecycle—from outreach to onboarding and ongoing support.
3. Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of partners.
4. Conduct regular meetings, demos, and Q&As with partners and their clients.
5. Gather insights from partners to improve the partnership program.
6. Upsell additional products/services aligned with partner and client needs.
7. Collaborate closely with internal teams across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
What They're Looking For
8. 3–4 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or digital transformation.
9. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
10. Self-starter with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
11. Comfortable driving initiatives in a fast-growing environment.
12. Native-level French and fluent English.
Nice to Have
13. Experience with partnership/channel sales or SMB clients.
14. Background in HR tech, payroll, or software sales.
15. Exposure to building new teams or business units from scratch.
