To fuel our continued rapid growth, we are looking for a Collections Specialist to join our Finance&Accounting team based in Barcelona.

Responsibilities:
* Proactively follow up on accounts receivable.
* Contact clients via email and phone to manage overdue invoice payments.
* Negotiate payment plans or agreements when necessary, in accordance with company policy.
* Investigate and resolve invoice disputes with clients.
* Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Customer Success, Billing, Legal) to resolve issues delaying payment.
* Manage an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring appropriate handling and timely follow-up.
* Regularly review and update client contact information and status in the system.
Requirements:
* 1-2 year experience of related work in Collections or Accounts Receivable.
* Degree in Accounting and Finance or a related field.
* High level of English is required. Other languages will be positively valued.
Soft Skills:
* Reliability and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and experience in customer oriented roles.
* Problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work persistently and autonomously.
* Initiative and a drive to get things done.
