Role overviewThe Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of the Advisory Services web experience migration into the corporate website. The role involves coordinating four parallel workstreams and multiple cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality, and on-budget delivery, while managing risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Experience required: 5+ years in digital project managementKey responsibilitiesProject leadership & governance- Lead the overall delivery of the Advisory Services migration project.- Define and maintain the project governance model, including RACI and communication plan.- Organize and facilitate Steering Committees, stakeholder meetings, team sync-ups, and Go/No-Go reviews.- Ensure alignment across Business, Brand, CXCT (UX/UI, Content and Deployment teams), and Digital teams.Planning & executionBuild and maintain the overall project plan, schedule, and roadmap across four workstreams.Coordinate delivery across the following initiatives:- Redesign of the Thought Leadership section, including the development of 20 new Builder.Io components- Automated migration of 500 Thought Leadership articles- Adaptation of CMS components to reflect the Advisory Services visual identity on the corporate website- Creation and deployment of new marketing pages (64 pages in 9 languages across 40+ country sites)Drive on-time delivery of:- UX/UI design and approvals- Development- QA cycles and defect resolution- Page creation, translation, and deploymentsMonitor progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, and escalate when required.Risk & quality management- Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks related to timelines, technical feasibility, and content readiness.Stakeholder engagement- Drive alignment across Business, Brand, CXCT, and Digital stakeholders.- Facilitate collaboration between digital, domain, and business teams in a global, matrix environment.Key deliverables- Detailed project plan, timeline, and communication plan- Bi‑weekly status reports- Deployment of the new Insights / Thought Leadership experience- Delivery of 64 marketing pages in 9 languages across 40+ country websites- Successful migration of 500 Thought Leadership articlesRequired skills & experience- 5+ years of experience in digital project management, ideally involving website or CMS migrations- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects- Strong understanding of CMS platforms, UX/UI workflows, and content operations- Excellent risk management, problem-solving, and stakeholder facilitation skills- Outstanding communication, coordination, and organizational capabilitiesPersonal attributes- Proactive and self-driven, able to work independently- Highly organized, structured, and reliable- Comfortable working in a global, matrix organization- Strong focus on delivering high-quality, user-centric digital experiencesAbout Mphasis:Mphasis applies next-generation technology to help enterprises transform businesses globally.
